Evaluating Supply Chain Collaboration Barriers in Small- and Medium-Sized Enterprises

The disruption has a significant impact on supply chain collaboration (SCC) which is an important task to improve performance for many enterprises. This especially critical small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). We developed decision-modeling framework analyzing SCC barriers in SMEs the emerging economy Bangladesh. Through literature review expert opinion survey, we have identified comprehensive list of under four main categories, namely, information-related, communication-related, intra-organizational, inter-organizational barriers. Then applied Grey DEMATEL Fuzzy Best-Worst methods evaluate these compared results. also conducted sensitivity analysis assess robustness proposed approach. study reveals that lack communication most crucial barrier SCC, providing model assessing other economies. contributes by comparing results obtained from two different MCDM methods. findings this can help decision-makers plan overcoming prioritized ultimately contribute improving resilience sustainability performances SMEs.
